From Pennsylvania Roots to a Global Perspective
Liesl's story begins in a small town in Pennsylvania, but her ambition quickly carried her beyond state borders and across the globe. With a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Anthropology and a Master of Science in Global and International Education from Drexel University, she built an academic foundation focused on people, culture, and problem-solving.
Her passion for cross-cultural education took her to six continents. As a Fulbright Scholar in Brazil, she taught English, designed conversation clubs, and built cultural exchange programs. In Mexico, she worked as an English teacher, gaining fluency in Spanish and conversational Portuguese. These experiences not only enriched her global worldview but also sharpened her skills in communication and leadership—qualities she carries into her role at RMX Radon Mitigation Xperts.

When she isn't leading Colorado's radon mitigation experts, Liesl embraces the mountain lifestyle that drew her to the region. She enjoys skiing at Purgatory Resort, whitewater rafting on Colorado's rivers, camping under the stars, and hiking the trails around Durango with her husband Brian and their loyal puppies, Lua & Alma.
Her love of the outdoors reflects the very mission of RMX: protecting the environment inside your home so families can thrive in the environment outside it. This connection to both people and place fuels her drive to make radon mitigation in Colorado homes a community-wide priority.
